ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Tanya Tosen holds a B-com financial accounting degree, and a computer science diploma. In addition, she obtained her advanced certification in tax from the University of Pretoria. Her experience stems from international corporations where she previously held a HR information systems and Tax Analyst role for EMEA region for an engineering consulting firm. Prior to that, she worked in the payroll department for a U.S. based medical firm. She joins us after working for Deloitte as a manager in tax, where she was seconded and had substantial exposure to the banking and petro-chemical industries. Her array of experience includes knowledge in the mobility, HRIS, payrolls, tax and benefits spheres.
Mariana Stander, ex-KPMG and ex-Deloitte, also headed-up global expatriate management for Hatch Africa. She is the original developer of the modern package structuring tool (PST) and flexible benefits, which creates the link between contracts, employee remuneration and pay slips.
